Our team is comprised of national experts on the topic of health disparities in communities of all compositions. We are deeply experienced in developing healthcare policy focusing on Minority Health Initiatives and Vulnerable Populations.

Communication is critical to reducing medical harm, eliminating disparities, and improving patient safety and quality. ATW Health Solutions works at the intersection of patient and community engagement to translate meaningful messaging to communities, patients, people, and caregivers. Our team employs research experts trained in Experience-Based Co-Design and stakeholder engagement. Together, our team has used our Engaged Health Center of Excellence (EHCoE) model to understand and solve complex systems concerns. Our EHCoE model has played a vital role in research, learning, outreach, and education. The Center promotes innovation and establishes a fundamental standard within our organizational structure to advance improvements in your patient engagement and community engagement strategies. We do this primarily via research and education.

Our Center provides critical research infrastructure missing in the field today, fosters team collaboration, and facilitates learning and communication. The system relies heavily upon including patients in all our work, performance measurement, and shared research, including systems for data gathering and analysis, instrumentation, and computing, and developing the targeted audience panels to advance learning.
